Ben provided excellent service. We were worried about it since we always get serviced by Livingston and he was not available since he has promoted to another role (well deserved). Nonetheless, Ben did very well. He was friendly, on-time but most important, he was efficient and understood our needs. Kudos to Ben and to the management who hired him!!

I like Zerorez because you don't have crunchy stiff carpet from too much soap. They really work to get my stains out and it's done in less than 1.5 hours, they protect my walls and stairs too.
I have used the services before and have been pleased with the results. I had a problem with stains showing up the next day once and immediately called. I expected some trouble but instead received very courteous, professional service and someone was sent the following day to re-clean the areas in question.
This current time, I received great service from Matt. He called before arriving (quoted arrival between 15-25 minutes and showed up in less than 20 minutes). Matt was very professional, thorough and friendly. Great job.
I was expecting to see a carpet that looked different than what it haD become, somewhat dingy and grimy. But when I came home it looked almost the same. I did see some of the hard stains removed except for one.
In the past when I’ve had carpets cleaned I come home to those lines on the carpet that indicate thorough cleaning throughout but that didn’t happen with this application not sure why. I wasn’t home my husband was but when I called my husband on the way home he said he didn’t think that it looked much different.

WE have used ZEROREZ before & like the NO residue & fast drying. WE understand other shampoos leave residues that attack dirt.

Technician called shortly before arriving, which is helpful, was on time, protected the wood floors (not being cleaned), and did a great job cleaning the carpeted areas. And I feel the Zerorez product is far superior to other carpet cleaning processes.
