I love ZERO REZ! This is my 4th time using them.
Professional as they get and they know what they are doing.
The prep work beforehand is incredible i.e. protecting corners of stairs and rooms so hose doesn't hit your corners, tucking bedding so it doesn't get wet, lifting sofa's and chairs to put protection against any run off of paint or material.

There is no better carpet cleaner that I know of. Due to rain it still was a little damp in some spots but it looks brand new and it lasts for years. Last carpet clean I had was 4 years !

Your rep Robert was very professional and courteous! He was very careful and thorough cleaning the carpets as if it were his own home. Our carpet was definitely revitalized as a result of the great quality work even removing some yucky stains. Thank you!!
