Your worker arrived with no booties to cover his shoes. During the 5 hour cleaning he would walk outside to his truck on the street all around and then walk back into our house up the stairs on the carpet and continue to clean. He left us no booties to wear while the carpet dried.
Our carpet is extremely wet and here we are 24 hours later and it is still wet.
We have used Zerorez before and were disappointed this time.
The tech was courteous and thorough. The carpets were way overdue for cleaning and they came out spotless.

My carpet took 3 days to dry with the windows open at night and running the Ac during the day. Now it’s smells awful!! I feel like something wasn’t done right. I actually would like it recleaned. I wonder if they didn’t suck enough moisture out?
Chosen because they use a soap free cleaner. Liked the easy way to schedule and receive text and window of time updates. I had called other carpet cleaners, and they took too long to get back with availability.
