Technician was courteous, properly protected & covered following Covid 19 guidelines. Reviewed job description and completed job timely. Carpet looks terrific and many of the heavy traffic areas are greatly improved. Very impressed with Zerorez product and will use them again and will refer them.

I had some bad stains in the carpet before Zerorez cleaned them! (I had seen a friend's carpet after Zerorez got out all the pet stains--so I was confident Zerorez would do a great job if possible.)
Eduardo was very professional; he called 45 minutes ahead to let me know his exact arrival time. My carpets were cleaned to my great satisfaction and he moved light furniture as needed.
I will definitely be getting my carpets cleaned each year by Zerorez.

Its only been a few days but my carpet feels so clean. One room I thought for sure would not clean up very well looks awesome! I also appreciated that the technician showed up ontime!!
You do a good job. There is no lingering odor afterwards or residual chemicals that might harm a pet. Your guys are on time and efficient. Prices are OK if you watch the specials. Not so much with the standard prices.

I love the fact that there are no chemicals! That's why I've used Zerorez for 3 years. However, this time, our carpet just doesn't seem as clean as it has in the past. There are a few areas that still look kind of dirty. If this had been my first experience with the company, I probably wouldn't be using you again. Sorry to say it.

The technician Matt who came out to my home was fantastic, he had done my carpets before and I requested him for this service also. I had my kitchen floor grout cleaned and sealed this time also and have been impressed with your process in cleaning carpets soap free and have recommended Zerorez to many friends and family. I will continue to use your company for all my future needs, if I owned a business I would try to steal Matt from your company. What an asset you have.
We have been using their services for over 5 years. It’s something we do that is part of our spring cleaning! The technician that shows up is always friendly, courteous and professional. They are very knowledgeable about their product and their suggestions help us keep our carpets clean until we see them the following year. They also know how to get tough stains out when we think it impossible.
