Have used Zerorez for years. I no longer have carpet, but they have come to clean area rugs and sofas. Also the technicians they send are always polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
If they cannot get a stain out, no one can.

The tech that was assigned to clean my floors, Ronnie, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He did a great job and took the time to cover my hard wood floors on his way to the areas that were being treated.
