Was very very Thorough he checked all stains In every room.
At this COVID 19 time George wore a mask and gloves and shoe covers.He spent the time needed for each room and was on his way in an hour and a half he cleaned over three rooms!!

Left residue on carpets and hall looked horrible with streaks and dirt against walls. Front room was done good but very disappointed in overall job. My Daughter recommended your carpet cleaning service to me. Not what I expected. Last carpet service did a better job.

When the team cleaned the floor, it did look like most of the stains were gone but seems like it came back worse then the cleaning.
We also had some damage on the stairs where looks like too much water was used and it warped the wood next to the stairs.

The technicians keep me informed as to when they will arrive, are always friendly and do a fabulous job. Our white (!!) Carpet is over 30 years old and zerorez keeps it looking almost new after cats, boys and a husband that spills coffee as he walks down to the office...we have been intending to replace with stone tile for about 4 years, but feel ok to postpone because it looks good! We will..one day, until then, we'll keep calling Zerorez!
