Matt arrived early and did a great job on my very dirty and somewhat pet stinky carpet. He took care to put the plastics under furniture feet and moved things around to make certain he cleaned all the carpet. I am very plased.

I’ve had Zerorez clean my carpets and upholstery a few times now . Great service guys, had Brett this time around . He was timely and very polite . Did an excellent job removing stains on carpets and furniture . This is my go to carpet cleaning company . He also wore a face mask and shoe covers while in my home , I appreciate that !
over the years i have been very pleased with the work done and the personal who did it. They have all been very professional and knowledgable. My experience with Matt and his work did not come up to my expectations and I just had my carpets redone by Sal Alvarez. I pointed out to him the areas I was disappointed in and he took extra care to right the situation. when Matt left the carpet areas didi't look as if they had been cleaned. I called the company to explain and I got no response. I will continue to use Zeorez and will requst Sal for the great work he did. th carpet look like new.
