Gabriel is knowledgeable, fast, thorough and very pleasant to work with.
I chose Zerorez initially because you do not use detergents or chemicals. I have found your services to be consistently excellent. Appointments are kept, technicians are knowledgeable, personable, and careful to return rooms to the way they were found, and the cleaning results are excellent.

I had an appt on Monday, 5/25/20 and nobody showed up. If you were not accepting appointments for Memorial Day, you should have called or emailed me to reschecule.
Detergents left behind by traditional cleaners actually attract dirt. Zerorez removes the dirt and the residual detergent.
The results on our first room were so good that we asked Marcel to please do the entire house while he was there. Our carpets, which I actually thought were beyond repair, look ten times better. The pricing was more than fair, and Marcel is such a pleasure to have in my home.
The carpet was pretty stained so I didn't expect miracles and the gentleman that came was nice but the last time I had carpets cleaned by Zerorez they actually vacuumed the carpet first with an industrial vacuum and I noticed that there were a couple of things on the floor that I forgot to pick up (bag pack and little things like a quarter and small board and instead of them getting picked up by him he just went around it. It was a poor $198.00 investment. I had thought it was as advertised as $129.00 for 3 rooms and it was more and I could have called Stanley Steamer and gotten the same type of service for less money. He did living room, small dining room and short hall.
My carpet always looks and feels clean after a zerorez cleaning. My technician was able to remove a number of stains that I could not with a standard carpet cleaning machine. Our carpet is over 12 years old and looks great!

We choose Zerorez because of your non-toxic products. Robert Keith is another reason we come back to Zerorez. He is a pro and has handled some very tough pet stains for us. We just had him clean an antique rug over 100 years old and he did a great job. Thanks for the great products, service, and great technicians. We are moving to Idaho and had Zerorez come out and clean our carpets last month. We have recommended your company to our friends and will continue to use and recommend you in the future. You guys are the BEST!

My technician Brett Spence is the best. A very nice young man, professional, and simply does the best job. My carpets are thoroughly cleaned with minimal moisture left when he leaves. Dry in just a few hours.
I always request him. Please let him know that I am very pleased. I have had a couple other technicians from your company so I do have some experience for comparison. All in all your company is far better than classic carpet cleaners that I used to use for many years .
