How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I wrote yesterday that your technician was done in less time than the previous person and we had to request that he clean under the small loveseat , couch and end table in the middle of the room. already the entrance to the den looks dirt and it has been less than 36 hours.
While not the technician's problem, the truck leaked an oval of red fluid, probably transmission fluid, two foot by one foot. We moved 90per cent of the movable furniture out of the 2 rooms so he would clean under the remaining furniture.

Michael did an amazing job! He took his time and the couch looks brand new, which is a miracle...we spend many hours on it since it is our TV room. He was prompt, professional and personable. We have used Zerorez before and will certainly use it again! Need the carpets done!

Carpets come out extremely well but most important lead technician, Matt is fantastic. He doesn't excellent job he knows what he's doing and he lets me know every step of the way. I would not have anyone come to this house and do my carpets other than that

I've come to look forward to the Zerorez guys coming to our house! It always looks sooo much better after they clean our rugs and carpets, and they make the whole thing painless. Very friendly, very efficient, willing to go the extra mile to get the best result possible. The price is very fair for the service they provide, and I even caught them whistling while they were working! Amazing. Thanks, Zerorez! I'm a customer for life.

What do you like about our products and services?

Robert and Brett were amazing! They spent the whole day at my house meticulously cleaning the tile floors throughout and getting the crud off them. The taped off all of the baseboards and after prepping and cleaning they were on their hands and knees finishing the corners and edges of each room! They worked tirelessly and with a smile on their faces. I have been using Zerorez for 30+ years and I will ask for Robert and Brett again.
