They send me emails weekly about specials. I have been a customer for years. Over the years they honored their “special” for me. Not this time. Changed the contracted price when the technician arrived. Not his fault. I tried to call while he was at my home. No answer. Asked him to have them call me. No response. I have the technician do the job but will not do this again. I paid what they asked but I felt it not fair to agree on one quote and not follow through when they arrive. I will write a review.

I always feel so good after my carpets have been done by Jorge from Zerorez. I have 2 dogs and by the time I call him(6 months) it is really needed. Their products are excellent and the carpet always look brand new. Thank you Jorge. Decided to change to every 3 months
