We were recommended by a family member in Az. so we checked into it in Simi Valley n found one. Such a great company, SUPER GREAT FRIENDLY REP Laid down cover for my downstairs floors, protected corners from the hose so no paint chipping or markings, cover mats for coming into home, gave us protector tabs n plastics for under furniture protection afterwards, n booties for us, didn't try to oversell something we didn't need, honest, clean, polite, worked hard and best off all, MY CARPETS LOOK AMAZING, CLEAN, N STAINS ALL GONE

Gabriel was prompt, fast, and thorough. He completed the cleaning of our 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room in 2 hours, even hand-scrubbing the back of the toilets to give it a thorough cleaning.

My carpet looks like new and no sticky residue. I don’t know why any other carpet cleaning companies are still in business.

So far the rugs look clean and took awY some of the stains. The harder set in ones are still visible. But since it was cat urine can’t expect it to totally com out. I’m hoping the smell does not come back.

Zero Rez is the best way to clean carpets; their clean water/no residue method gets the carpets clean and keeps them that way for a long time. I wouldn't trust my carpets to another company. In addition, their representatives are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Recently our rep was Brett Spence and I would certainly request him next time.

I usually use chem dry and decided to try Zero Rez because of the email special I received.
With Chem Dry my carpets dry very quickly and last night 10 hours after my tech left the carpets were still very wet. I opened the windows as instructed but they were extremely wet.
The other thing I don’t like is the truck water method because it requires my front door to be open and I have an indoor cat For those 2 reasons I would not use Zerorez again. I was happy with my tech though so please don’t count this against him.

My brother recommended zerorez to me years ago and I have used them ever since. Richard did an amazing job on my carpeting and I will be calling again in the near future. Richard was very thorough and friendly. He represents your company very well.
