Take more moisture out of the carpet during the cleaning process so that it dries more quickly. It was still damp after 14 hours.

EVERYTHING! The professionalism and care the techs take when moving small furniture, decor, etc. And, most of all, my carpets look new and they stay clean longer, stains/spots do not come back. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner I have ever used and will going forward.
I had dirt spots that needed to be cleaned and didn’t feel like moving furniture for a full carpet cleaning, so I ordered a bottle of their cleaner. Minimal effort on my part — poured on stains, agitated with a cloth, blotted and stains gone. The stains had looked horrible, but now it looks like they were never there. Very satisfied. Would buy again and would use for a full carpet cleaning if needed.
The price was reasonable for what we needed. Matt, our technician, arrived on time and did a great job. He warned me that not all of the stains on the area rug would come out but due to his hard work, they did and my area rug looks brand new. He also cleaned four upholstered chairs and they look great. He was also respectful to social distancing and wore a mask. THANK YOU MATT!

The pricing given on the phone and the description of the special is not even close to what really happens when your technician arrives. Ended up spending double what was discussed on when setting the appointment. How about talk in square footage and how much per square foot rather than some bogus "deal" that covers two rooms that apparently have to be the size of a small closet to apply.
Secondly, multiple areas the grout is not clean and stand out from the rest of the cleaned grout and tile. For as much as I paid I'd expect it all to be clean and look the same.
With that said thought be advised the technician was very polite, on time, and easy to discuss pricing with.
I have used Zerorez for some time now. This last time I had the clean and seal the tile floors in my kitchen. It really looks great and I will repeat on a regular basis now.

No gross resudue
RESIDUE was left all over my entire TILE floor. I have photos to show you. I hope it cleans up and that it’s not permanently damaged.
We waited from 12-4pm today for the tech to return to clean the floor! I also have grout damage on two/four tiles. I will have to hire a house cleaner to clean the flooring so you can remove $350 from my current bill - or the whole amount!!! My tile installer will evaluate to see necessary repairs.
I have been a loyal customer for 15 years!!! I am a realtor referring only you as carpet And tile cleaners. I am so upset and SO disappointed!!
