What could we do to improve?

The first technician, Alex, came around 10:45 am. He was able to clean my kitchen tile and did a great job! But his water hose sprung a leak and he had to call out Michael, another tech who was nearby who would come as soon as he was available.
My two small issues were with the water leak as well as Alex not wanting to move the couches to clean under them. I totally understand a problem with the hose. But what he didn't tell me was where the leak happened. It happened in my dining room with wood floors. a pair of shoes got wet, and he put them outside to dry, which was great. But a book had fallen off my China cabinet and landed in a basket that happened to have water in it. the book is pretty much ruined due to it getting wet and sitting in a bit of water. I would have appreciated Alex telling me where it happened so I could have checked for any damage. The second issue was not moving my couches. I had already moved them so he could get behind them but when he got there he said it would be better not to have them on top of the wet carpet. So I moved them back. When Michael arrived, he asked about the couches and I told him what Alex had said and he said he could do it the way I wanted it done. He put the foam under each couch, chair and table and moved them as needed.
I do appreciate having it all done on the same day but if a problem arises, I would like to see where it happened.

I have been using Zerorez since 2014
I have a wool carpet and every time Zerorez clean my carpet it still look like new
I like that the carpet dries in a very short time and there are no odor.
Livingston have been cleaning my carpet for all those years, he is definitely a.pro at his job
I also like that somebody have been with your company for that many years and that he still have.pride in what he do.He is always friendly and outgoing.

What could we do to improve?

The carpet was left very wet. Also, there were a few spots that didn't come out of the carpet, so it is not quite as clean as I had hoped it would be. I did appreciate the two fans that you brought out to help me dry the carpet!

What do you like about our products and services?

I'm 68 years old and I've had a lot of rugs cleaned over the years.
My technician, Yankel Rodriguez was without a doubt the best I've ever seen. His work ethic is second to none, his quality of workmanship is the same. This young man is respectful, highly skilled and motivated. I intend to request him by name for future work in my home.
