Marcel is an excellent workman. He arrives within the time that is agreed upon, and makes sure the carpet is spotless before he leaves. There's absolutely no mess to clean up afterwards! I have very old, white carpeting, and after he leaves it looks fantastic. It makes the whole house feel clean and fresh again.
I initially received a call from Carlos indicating my area rugs were clean and could he drop them off that day or the next. Then I received a call from Peter ( I think), asking to speak with me about my rugs. Left a message but never got a call back. Then spoke with @Laura” who told me my rugs would be ready on ‘Wednesday ‘, four days from the date if my third call. Told her I would be out of town but would call when I returned. I also requested that she send me an estimate of the bill. Never received the email estimate. Picked up my rugs yesterday and am so far happy with the results. Have only unrolled the smaller of the two.

While I certainly appreciate the effort and time your technician put into my project, I was disappointed in a few respects:
1. For the outside lounge chair cushions (on deck), he cleaned only the top of the pads. The bottoms are still stained and dirty. In addition, after he cleaned them, he just rested the pads on the dirty outdoor tile. So I spent at least a half hour scrubbing the edges of the pads clean.
2. It was a hot and humid day, so your technician was sweating profusely. I understand that there's not much he can do about that, but he was literally dripping all over my sofa as he was cleaning it. This is obviously off-putting, and left me feeling like my sofa may be even dirtier than when he started.
3. The bill was nearly $800. This was an awful lot for about 3.5 hours of work.
