I was very impressed with how clean my carpets were after treatment by Zerorez. The tech was very nice and quite knowledgeable. He provided us information about possibly cleaning our stone floors and counters which I appreciated. A very good experience and we will definitely be calling Zerorez again!
Zerorez is the only company I will use. They get the stains out and my carpet looks brand-new again every time!

Robert Downs did a thorough job. He was very respectful of our home. He was careful to protect walls and corners and other floors .
No soap residue. Old stains that previously wouldn’t come out were removed with Zerorez . My old carpeting looks nearly new.

I use Zerorez because of the chemical free cleaning and the wonderful employees. Every person I talk to on the phone and each technician that comes to our home is respectful, kind and diligent about getting their job done the best they can to please the customer. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and plan to continue to be.
I called Zerorez and specifically requested Robert Keith because our woolen area rug was damaged by water from a ceiling leak. He was able to fix the carpet allowing it to flatten again. I’m grateful to him because I feared that we would have to purchase a new one.
He did a great job cleaning the grout in the kitchen and bathrooms.
We have used Zerorez for several years, and of course that's the best recommendation a business can receive. If we weren't satisfied we'd take our business elsewhere. Every technician has been accommodating, hard working and when, or if offering additional services, like a scotch guard treatment, have never done so with any pressure. Job well done.

The ZeroRez cleans my carpet better than other carpet cleaners. ZeroRez put rubber bumpers on the wall corners so they are not damaged. The workers are very professional and efficient. They put foam blocks under the wooden chair legs.
