I love the Zerorez product and how well it cleans the carpets. There's no residue or heavy chemicals. Each time we've used Zerorez the gentlemen who do the cleaning have been terrific, thorough and super friendly.

Zerorez is my go-to for carpet and furniture cleaning. You guys do an awesome job. This last visit was a challenge because I had spilled a whole cup of coffee on the carpet the week before. My technician, Mark, was awesome. He worked and worked on the stain. Anyone walking by would not notice the stain, but Mark could still see it. Since the stain was not completely gone, Mark left some product designed for coffee stains for me to continue to use after the carpet had dried. I used it each day for 4 days (applied and let dry) and the stain is now completely gone! Other carpet cleaners would have worked on the stain a little and then said "that's the best I can do". Not Zerorez. Very, very pleased with their work and service and attention to the customer.
