The initial telephone call with your office was concise and my request was documented and a price for service was generated. Our senior technician Matt Hammond was punctual, and extremely professional, highly qualified carpet expert. He understood our requests as to our traffic pattern versus a entire room cleaning and adjusted our bill. His professional, and proficient manner in getting the job done was amazingly quick respectful of the contents of the rooms. He explained the drying process, gave us shoe covers to use and I asked for additional business cards to share with friends and neighbors, which I have already done. We feel this is the best carpet cleaning service and products we have used in 40 years!

I am very happy with Zerorez! From the text updates and reminders prior to the appointment, to the tech calling me when he was on his way! Super friendly and professional technician came and was very informative too! The best part was the result. I have had our carpets cleaned before, but have never had such amazing results! I'll definitely be using the coupon they sent me for my next service! So happy!

I like the clean alkaline water you use to clean the carpets, the service attendants were extremely knowledgeable and went right to work and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you to anyone, in fact, my neighbor will be calling on your services soon.

The product is superior to all others. The technicians are polite and knowledgeable. You will respond quickly in emergencies (e.g. dog mishaps!)

Sal Alvarez was the technician who cleaned my carpet. He explained the product, made me comfortable with him cleaning the whole house and took the time to do an amazing job. He got out pet and coffee stains. I will definately refer Zerorez and use it again.

Make sure that when scheduling appointments to keep them. I had my appointment cancelled and time changed. Did not like that.

Jorge Martinez arrived on time and was very courteous, he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was thoughtful to put up corner guards to protect my walls form the vacuum hose, he per-treated the stains and cleaned our carpets very well and when he was finished he asked if I would like to review the house for anything he may have missed. I was watching the whole time and he didn't miss an inch. I will definitely call for Jorge to come back and will recommend him to all my friends.
