Great service and the tech was super cool. I have a neurological condition and moving things is difficult but the dude just jumped right in and helped with what I wanted moved.
The carpet is now dry and looks great. Nearly all stains were removed, even ones I thought were permanent based on a couple of cleaning from a competitor.
I see no reason to seek another company after this wonderful service.
We have very light carpets in our home and most all traffic spots and spilled spots are gone!

Everything!(But the friend that referred us to you,two years ago .Pat Snowder never got her 25.oo for the referral! I just visited her a couple days ago. And that’s not fair! I did receive mine on my first cleaning! She even called your company & still never received it ! ☹️

Left 2 oil leak stains on driveway after asking "Does Van leak?" If so,do not park there. Both area rugs cleaned buckled leaving humps and edges curled up. Technician Kyle, very nice. He came back same day, but was unable to get oil off driveway. Told me he has to "ask office" to schedule time to come out and try to clean driveway again. I currently have painters tape glueing area rugs to floor. This is not what I am used to from Zero Rez. You have the highest prices and I expect that level of service. Again, Technician Kyle was great and personable, so not sure where the fault lies. Cleaning method or technique. But driveway was a no brainer. If van leaks, you can't park in driveway!

The technician, Yankel, called ahead and was right on time! He was very professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning our area rug! When it's time for our next cleaning, we will be calling Zerorez and requesting Yankel!
Simply put your technician Robert was absolutely the best professional, knowledgeable and very polite!!! Not to mention one hard working man he was so careful when moving furniture around making sure not to damage anything. Also the method that Zerorez uses is by hands down the very best i know I’ve used a few other so called carpet cleaners and the carpets stayed wet for a week!!! With Zerorez the carpets were dry the next day and he cleaned the carpets around 3:45 or so and we had family coming with small children and thanks to Robert and Zerorez all went great!!! Thanks again to Robert and Zerorez for another outstanding cleaning!!! One very very happy customer!!!

mile to get most of the water out. It dried within hours instead of days).
