You quoted a price over the phone that was unreasonably high. You never told me you had a minimum charge. You charged me more than the price for your special for a job that was less than half. The job that was done was very good and it always is, but I really think you charge too much for your service. You charge the same price for a living room and a bedroom when you only have to do half the bedroom. You also charge way too much for furniture.

I have used zerorez many times and have recommended your company to many people. My old carpet always looks great. Your personnel have always been courteouus and professional. I will continue to use zerorez and recommend it

It's nice to have my carpets cleaned without all the harsh chemicals.

Jorge did a great job, particularly in the heavy traffic areas. As a result, though, it took 3 days for some of the areas to dry. Maybe that's why all the stains disappeared.

It also took 2 days for my sofas to dry, but they also came out looking good.

Brett Spence was very professional, informative, polite and punctual - All around exceptional customer service.

Portions of the grout were not as clean as the prior time I had the kitchen floor done. Generally it was a good job, but not so much the corners/edges.

My house feels fresh and clean after I use your cleaning service.

Please pay close attention to corners and provide additional information about why not cleaning the showers was the best options. Plus, an 8 is the highest I usually score any company.

They did a very good job of lifting stains from carpet, I was impressed.....

Fast, friendly and very very thorough. Our cleaner was Alex and he was very friendly and happy to help. Since our home is less square footage than usual, even cleaned two area rugs for us at no extra charge.

The fact that you use a product with no soap. Dirt is not attracted BACK to carpet . Zerorez technicians are polite and put protective corner guards on furniture...all good.
