The product removed all the wax from the wood floors just like it was explained. On the initial visit, the technician, Mike, spent a couple hours testing and checking the floor to ensure the wax could be removed without damaging the floor. He was meticulous when working on the floor.
It is chemical free and works great! The seevice was excellent.

Quick and efficient
The representative was courteous and careful in my house with laying down protection for the wood floors, and corner protectors for the walls so hoses wouldn't damage the paint. Very quick and efficient. Definitely pleased with the service.

My carpet looks like new, there were no strong odors left behind, the service professionals were friendly, courteous, effective and quick. Would definitely recommend Zerorez and will use them again in the future.
You quoted a price over the phone that was unreasonably high. You never told me you had a minimum charge. You charged me more than the price for your special for a job that was less than half. The job that was done was very good and it always is, but I really think you charge too much for your service. You charge the same price for a living room and a bedroom when you only have to do half the bedroom. You also charge way too much for furniture.
The guy that came out was great! Very nice and did a great job! Would absolutely use him again .
