First, and most important, is the service. I've never had a problem with setting up an appointment. Second, I've used Robert Keith since May 2009. He's very professional and always helpful and friendly. The products remove any stains that may happen after the carpets are cleaned. Would never use any other service!

They are non toxic, efficient products. We have had Sal twice and I will request him every time! He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
