It's nice to have my carpets cleaned without all the harsh chemicals.

Jorge did a great job, particularly in the heavy traffic areas. As a result, though, it took 3 days for some of the areas to dry. Maybe that's why all the stains disappeared.

It also took 2 days for my sofas to dry, but they also came out looking good.

What could we do to improve?

Portions of the grout were not as clean as the prior time I had the kitchen floor done. Generally it was a good job, but not so much the corners/edges.

Please pay close attention to corners and provide additional information about why not cleaning the showers was the best options. Plus, an 8 is the highest I usually score any company.

Robert and his assistant were terrific - Zerorez never fails to surpass my expectations- thank you so much for the clean area rugs and loveseat- they did an outstanding service and were knowledgeable and professional!

I love the ph water along with the non soap citrus that breaks down soils prior to cleaning. My carpets look amazing. Alex was very hardworking and informative. Nice that company is one where employees stay for years and are well treated by owner.

Fast, friendly and very very thorough. Our cleaner was Alex and he was very friendly and happy to help. Since our home is less square footage than usual, even cleaned two area rugs for us at no extra charge.

Will definitely be using Zerorez again!

The fact that you use a product with no soap. Dirt is not attracted BACK to carpet . Zerorez technicians are polite and put protective corner guards on furniture...all good.
