I am a very satisfied Zerorez Los Angeles customer. This company has cleaned my carpets at least four times now and always does a great job. The worker shows up on time and gets the job done within the allotted time. The solution they use gets the dirt out and then they apply a protectant to maintain the result. The price for four rooms was $318 but it is worth every penny. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been using Zerorez for over 15 years. The process works. Detergent attracts dirt. Zerorez’s water doesn’t. This time around we needed pet odor treatment because the only flaw with our street-rescued pup won’t quit marking. The results were amazing. Also, Brett, your technician, was amazing! Personable and professional. I’m requesting him from now on.
No chemical smell just nice clean carpets. My technician was fast but thorough. Very happy.

The tech, Brian, was very courteous. He was easy to talk to. Told us exactly what he was going to do and when he was going to do it. Did a good job on our carpets, except for a few places we found on our carpets after he left. I don’t think it was done intentionally. All in all we would use Zerorez again and I already recommended you. I would definitely ask for Brian again.

Efficiency
You were very highly recommended to me because or your carpet-cleaning methods with powerful machinery which leaves very little residue of moisture in the carpet and dries quickly. That was the only reason I changed to Zerorez. However, I was extremely disappointed because my carpet was very wet and it took over 24 hours to dry. I was also disappointed that the living room carpet was not adequately cleaned.
Easy, reliable, friendly and efficient
Erik was very proactive and easy to deal with. The crew came and got all items to be cleaned and delivered to the hour when promised. I highly recommend!!!!
