I really liked your pet treatment services and punctuality!
Very punctual and professional. Does the job well.
My dog is allergic to most other cleaning solutions, but not Zerorez. Our rug is wool (and beige to off-white in color) and over 25 years old After our second experience with zerorez our carpet and tiles looked and smelled so clean. Soiled areas were gone! YEA!
Loved the fact we didn't have to move some very heavy furniture. Those styrofoam wedges they placed underneath made it easy to have the process done.
The area rug cleaned is not very clean. Disappointing!

Zerorez keeps our carpet looking good longer! There is no sticky residue left to collect dirt. That's important with our new grandson crawling all over the place.

Arrival time is consistent along with regular notification. We only use Zerorez to clean carpet, tile and sofa.
Mathew was prompt and so professional. He did a great job and was extremely courteous. His knowledge and advice was much appreciated. We had old carpet that was much in need and his honesty and flexibility in our multi story building with some difficulties in access was beyond the call! We are very happy and appreciative.

Since I have 5 Cats and a visiting puppy, it is wonderful to know that my carpeting is clean and no residue either. Of course the cats weren't too happy but they'll get over it. LOL

Professional, friendly staff, and a product that works!
I like the ease of scheduling an appointment and availability offered when selecting a date. I also like the service techs friendly and outgoing personality upon arrival. However, this past experience was a bit different and somewhat of a let down. I feel as though proper communication was NOT offered. I selected a cleaning date that utilized an October special and preselected areas to be cleaned. The service tech did not remind me that my special included 4 rooms, for the price of 3, and I failed to remember the details. I ended up only requesting three areas to be cleaned and the service tech did NOT mention I ought to select a 4th area as I was paying for that specific service.
The customer service was great. I will use you every one and half years.

I've only used Zerorez twice. i don't have my carpets cleaned like I should, but when I do, I will only use Zerorez. Matt Hammond did an excellent job and could not have been more professional or courteous. I am grateful that he tackled my 20 year old carpets with positive feedback and results. He graciously offered valuable suggestions, as well.
From the phone conversation to gather info & request a quote to the entire cleaning process we experienced professionalism & quality. Great service and excellent customer care.
