I was so thrilled with the way Robert cleaned my carpet and furniture !

Honestly, he got out every stain, all the dirt and my home looked like it had just been painted cause it looked so fresh.

I will recommend Zero Rez, and especially Robert the Magnificent to everyone I know.

We have been using your services once a year since Sept 2005. October 19, 2018 had tile and carpets cleaned by Sal Alvarez. This was the fourth time Sal has cleaned our tile/carpets. We always request Sal as he remembers the house, he is most courteous, professional, represents Zerorez in the most excellent standing and is and all around great person. It's great to watch his personal growth, and his family grow.

No one does it better than Zerorez! We've made several referral to our neighbors with them enjoying the same success.

We had an especially badly stained carpet in the master bedroom due to medications that had turned the white carpet brown in the stained areas. We were prepared to replace the carpet, but ZeroRez gave it a try and it all came out! We are amazed and are very grateful. We did have the Scotch Guard treatment the previous time and our person said that made a big difference. Anyway, white carpet is white again. Thank you.

My experience with my technician Matt was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. He was on time, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood. He did a fast yet thorough job and our carpets have never looked better. I highly recommend Matt and Zerorez for both price and service.

Daniel kept me apprised of his ETA periodically throughout the day. I forgot to have the stairs as part of my estimate, he was glad to add it on. Very energetic fellow, very engaging and friendly...and I came home to my wife as happy as she's ever been, ecstatic over the great job Daniel had performed on our carpet.

Ban technicians from using their cell phones while at customers’ homes. Offer gift cards and promotions more often: makes your service more affordable.
