price is high. l listen to San Diego Am Stations and hear pricing. Always lower than Irvine.
What I think is so amazing is the fact that Robert is professional and kind and gets the job
done and I feel as though when he cleans my carpets and floors he is doing it the same way
he would do it in his own home.
Because of him, i feel as though clean has a whole new meaning and Zerorez has my loyalty.

Jorge was more than helpful in moving some of my stuff out of the way...needless to say, I was not at all as prepared for my appointment as I should have been, but he was so gracious to help me so that I did not have to cancel! He's a great employee! He was courteous, and laughed and joked with me about all of my boxes of stuff....
I liked that ZeroRez uses alkaine water and fewer chemicals than most carpet cleaning products.
I liked that the tech showed up on time, and took a lot of precautions to protect the house. He used corner guards, mats and paper to protect the wood floors and stairs. The tech took an inspection walk with me and stated he could definitely get the carpet much cleaner. I was happy and went ahead with the service. The tech took about an hour and half and he really scrubbed and cleaned out light color carpets. The kids has made them dirty with their shoes and stains were present. After the cleaning , all stains were gone and the carpets were nice and bright again. I am definitely using Zerorez again.

It process of cleaning with alkaline water, It seems that my carpet stays cleaner for a longer time. The people that work at Zerorez, they are very professional and friendly.

I was happy with the way the carpets came clean. One of the most important things to me is that there is not chemicals used to clean the carpets. I was very concerned after the service man left that I had quite a few bumps in my carpet. They have seemed to go down as the carpet has dried.
I was very happy with the service you provide. The carpeting looked brand new after the cleaning, and all the stains were removed. I could not be any happier. Thank you for a great job Zerorez.

No chemicals used and the carpets look great. The drying time for the carpet took maybe half the day.

I have been a Zerorez customer for a long time, but in San Diego. Now living in the OC and a unique situation came up in the condo we live in. It had to get tented for termites. I asked my wife to see if Zerorez was in Orange County and there they were. We were able to get an appointment on semi short notice and 1st thing in the morning. Brett was the tech and he gave us a courtesy call 30 minutes before our scheduled time window and he was right on time. Brett was awesome! He was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. He was very mindful how he performed this service using a large moving pad at our front entrance and corner bumpers throughout as not to scratch the walls as he moved his hoses around the condo. Brett made sure we looked around to be sure we were happy with his work before he began packing up his gear. Brett took care of our payment on site and made this experience very easy. We wanted zero residue after the termite tenting that's why we called Zerorez. 5 stars!!
We used Zerorez twice and have been very pleased with each representative. Excellent cleaning and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
When we went to put our furniture back, we discovered the spray used on the carpet had gotten all over the leather of our Stickley sofas and wood baseboards. Not happy. Either things should have been plastic covered or the person applying should have been more careful and aware. I’ve never had this happen on previous jobs done.
No residue, and professional service people with a good attitude and hard working.
