Professional and courteous service.
Polite service employees. They did a good job cleaning our carpet that had had renters living here for several years. The carpet had not been cleaned for six years and it looks beautiful. Thank you Zerorez.

Great service
I was able to meet my technician, Richard Madera, a couple of days before my cleaning. During that time Richard explained to me in detail the entire process and the products used. I like that no soap is used to clean my carpet.
On the day of the cleaning, Richard called me ahead of time to let me know his arrival time. I’m the meantime, I was doing the necessary preparations. Once he arrived he answered any questions I had and got to work. He was professional and respectful of my home and cleaned my carpet in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the results. I would recommend Zerorez and my technician, Richard, to my friends and will use the company for my next cleaning.
You saw I was nervous, when Rashid was not available, and you assured me that Darren was just as good. YOU WERE RIGHT. Fast, Charming, Answered all my Questions, Got all the stains out. Now, if your dumb enough to let either of these supermen go on vacation...I at least have a back up.

Everything that you say you are and do is true, no hype at all. Fast, efficient, clean, very thorough. Employees are very friendly and courteous! This is the second time we have used Zerorez and are having them back in the next month or so do clean carpets. The job they did no the tile floor and grout was unbelievable, especially the grout.

Professional and prompt technician. Disappointed that immediately after having the kitchen floor tile cleaned, I wiped something up off the floor with a new sponge and the sponge was black with dirt from the floor.

The gentleman who came took his time discussed some of our stains and treated them accordingly, I was very satisfied with his work. I think his name was Marcel, but not sure.

Professional Tehnicians. Show up on time, as arranged. No harsh chemicals. Thorough, excellent job.
My technician was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, informative, and did a great job on our carpets. The carpets had been cleaned in April by a traditional carpet cleaning service before we moved into our house. They had a crunchy, soapy residue feel. The Zerorez process made the carpet bright and soft again. I have already recommended Zerorez to several people. I wouldn't hesitate to request Eduardo for my next cleaning.
