Zerorez consistently provides excellent outcomes when cleaning our carpet and furniture. It’s surprising what stains are removed that we thought were permanent. We only use this service and have recommended them to a number of friends.

We appreciate the excellent job that Levon did. He was very neat & did'nt leave a mess. He was willing fo move the furniture for us. He explained how he was going clean the carpets & the best way to dry them after he was through. This is the second time we have used Zeroez and I'm it won't be the last.

I like the attention to detail like corner protectors on my walls, floor protection put on my wood floor while cleaning the carpets. Daniel left my family enough booties so we could still walk on our carpets while they were drying. He was fantastic!

The wood flooring treatment including sanding, staining and buffing was not a service I expected. It is nice to be able to have carpet and wood flooring taken care of with one company.

Robert was excellent- he went above and beyond the service we expected. He spent extra time on our wood floors and made them look like new. They were in bad shape.

The cleaner was prompt and honest about the services and work. He told us upfront that he could get the stains out but he said he could make the rest of the carpet better and he did.

These guys do a great job. We live in a home with light carpet which has been damaged by were and tear and pets stains. Zerorez comes in and makes the carpet look like new. After using them, I can never go back to other carpet cleaners. I'm so grateful for Zerorez.

Be more realistic on your promotional vidros. Those show very soiled carpets coming clean like new, when in fact older carpets wear prevents the cleaning from being as positive.
Stains in my own carpet have retutned.

Once again, just when I thought my carpet for sure needed to be replaced, Zerorez came to the rescue and my white carpets literally look brand-new! Zerorez is not the cheapest, but they are by far the best. You get what you pay for and I will never use anyone else!

Great customer service. Our technician Robert was very nice and did a great job. He got some tough stains out and the carpet looks amazing. I loved that there was no perfume smell and the carpet dried fast.
