The carpet looks very clean,although there are a few spots that have not come our. The carpet feels crunchy in some areas when we walk on it. Is that to be expected?

Customer Service: Matt hands down is the best service technician I've met in a long time. He is professional, knowledgeable and just a good guy. He cares about his customers. So many companies don't have someone like Matt out in the field caring as much as he does and it makes the difference!

Carpet fibers are very stiff after cleaning to the point of not being comfortable to walk on barefoot.
Technician Sal Alvarez was great ! Sal has been our Tech the last few times and I would definitely recommend him and Zerorez.
