Richard was the technician who cleaned the carpet. He was friendly, professional and had explained what he was going to do. The carpet came out great. I will have Richard clean the carpets again. Zerorez is far better than what I have experienced in the past and have already told my friends about Zerorez and Richard. Ten thumbs up!!!

Technician, Jorge Martinez, was courteous, professional and efficient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and informed of each step of the process as he began and ended it. I had pet stains and someone had tracked in a foreign substance from the garage that was a dirt magnet.My carpet and area rugs look like new.

Great at getting out those tough stain, Robert was very professional and was able to answer all questions. He did an amazing job, will defienitly continue to use you for our floor cleaning needs.
Our technician, Rashad, has been to my home multiple times and has always been prompt, professional and hard working. Carpets always feel clean and fresh, without becoming too wet/soggy and without leaving the damp cleaning solution smell, that seems to last for days, that some other carpet cleaning companies do.
Friendly technician and good service
I sent an email yesterday after the technician left my house, having clean my stone in my kitchen and dining room. White powdery residue is all over my floor, it wasn't rinse properly, and there remains grout lines that haven't been clean. I have been using Zerorez for years this is the first experience I've had that's been negative. I was told by a representative through the email that maybe my floor was still wet LOL as though I couldn't tell the difference between a wet floor and one, left over from the cleaning solution that the technician use while here. I have since called again today and left a voicemail to find out exactly. If I don't hear from the end of day today I will cancel my check
