You are experienced professionals. My carpets actually get CLEAN and stay that way, with no residue or odors. You come back and redo any spots that reappear with a week or two. You are generally on time, and you call to let us know when you will arrive in the 2 hour window you set. Your cleaners are courteous and efficient. They ask for an inspection of the cleaned areas before leaving to ensure we are satisfied. You are the best! I would never use anyone else.

Great service from the phone call to make the appointment to the actual cleaning. Technician was polite, fast, and efficient. I love not having to worry about the products used on my carpet negatively affecting my dogs. Clean carpets are a dream!
The technician was professional, courteous and hard working and my spots didn't go away at all so I'm thinking it must be the process used. Very disappointed. :(

The carpet on the stairs and in the hallway is still very wet 26 hours after cleaning. The other rooms have very wet spots. The area rug dried as promised.

Sal was the best! He was knowledgeable, very thorough and friendly as well! I was very pleased with result! My floors truly feel clean like never before! My only disappointment was the rippling of our baseboards and lifting of the paint. Sal, brought this to my attention and I was aware this might happen! Despite this I will definitely call again! Our service and technician were wonderful! Far better results than we expected. Robert went above and beyond to get our carpets truly clean. We had a pet issue and he took extra time and effort to be sure that area was completely clean and deodorized. He even cleaned the arms of our couch free of charge. Our dining room area rug has been dry cleaned but Robert got out stains the dry cleaners couldn't touch. It looks absolutely brand new. He thoroughly explained every question I had and gave me some helpful tips to keep our carpets looking great.
