The cleaning tech charged me for deodorizing my carpet and he didn’t do it (dishonest)! There was miscommunication between myself, the office ladies and the cleaning tech on what was included in my total price. I have called the office MULTIPLE TIMES asking for a refund and still haven’t gotten it 2 weeks later even though I was told many the supervisor Jennifer you would get the refund by 10 days. I called again to speak to her to ask why and no one called me back for 3 days. Very dis satisfied. Will do my part to make sure no one I know has to deal with this company.

Very easy to set up appointments. Tech. On time . Fantastic job. Only carpet cleaner we use in Newport Beach and Palm Desert.
Figure out how to keep what happened to my first appointment from happening again. You gave me an appointment time and date but no one showed up. You did fix this with a second appointment, and that technician did a great job.

Marcel was fabulous. I just wish I had an earlier scheduled time. My window was 1 - 4pm but he didn't get to me until almost 4pm. Not his fault - but scheduler should have provided a more accurate window.
