Reliable with good results everytime!
When Zerorez is finished, the carpets and upholstery are clean and it doesn't take too long for everything to dry. The carpet stays cleaner longer because there is no soap residue left in the carpet.
We like the way it cleans our carpet so well! No soap is used or left. Carpet cleaners are thorough and quick. Carpet dries quickly. The price is right. We are so happy with the results!
We did have one thing I would like to mention here.
When he was all done I immediately noticed an ink spot on the carpet in the bedroom @ 4"
square in front of the chair where my husband sits all the time. When I mentioned it to him, he said that ink died it and it won't come out. So I left it there.
BUT, I walk into that room several times a day and that spot was not there at least not that large before or I would have seen it. There is no way to miss it.
My husband's thought is .... there could have been a small spot there where a pen dropped.
Is it possible that when he ran the cleaner over it that it spread the small spot into a larger one? The man had said that if I used regular spot cleaner on spots it would bleach them out white and one should not do that.
I guess a phone call to me to discuss the possibilities with me would be nice. Phone number removed.
Maybe, regarding the ink spot, it would be better to look at white than the dark ink.

We paid more than THREE times as much for Zerorez to clean our carpet this time around. We were expecting the carpet to have an excellent cleaning. We were enticed by the funny commercial we viewed online. However, the carpet was left extremely wet! It has taken over 2 days to dry despite the 100 degree weather outside. Also, we were promised that the carpet would not feel stiff after it dries. It turns out that the carpet does have a stiffness to it in certain spots around our home, especially in our master bedroom. We will go back to our regular carpet cleaning guy, who charges us much less and leaves our carpet clean and damp (not soaking wet) Thanks you for taking the time to read about our experience with Zerorez.

Eduardo does a really good Job in the cleaning process.
There were two reschedulings, one because the technician had not brought the right machine and one because of a truck problem.
Otherwise, nothing I knownof to improve. My rug was clean and there was no odor.

My carpets and wood floor not only look, but feel clean. No reside, they dont soak my carpet and I dont get a reappearance of "mystery spots" a few days after my carpets have been cleaned. I wont use anyone else

Although the technician was a nice guy and very professional I won’t be recommending your services because afterwards your office contacted me to see how the visit went. I mentioned that my carpets were still damp although it was a day later and it was delaying my two tenants moving in. The person from the office offered for a technician to come and help dry the carpets to which I responded yes. They then told me to put a fan in the window and let the carpet dry that way. I am annoyed because they offered to help dry the carpets but then rescinded the offer. Please don’t make offers that you have no intention of fulfilling it is humiliating.
Your technicians are courteous and knowledgeable about the service and products they provide, are on time for appointments, and get the work done with minimal disruptions to the household. Always recommend Zerorez to friends and neighbors.
