Excellent servie
Two appointments were made to clean our 10' x 15' carpet rug. Both of these appointments were broken WITHOUT NOTICE. One of our employees waited for three hours on two separate occasions only to discover that the service was a No Show. We appreciate Larry's efforts to provide the rug cleaning for free. The service rendered was excellent and we would not hesitate to and have already provided a recommendation to another one of our employees to use your service. Robert and Zerorez have cleaned my floors since 2008 . . . that's ten years! Robert is the best and I will continue to call Zerorez and request only Robert as long as I have floors and furniture to clean. Jeff and Eve . . . My Dad who lives on California had not had his carpets cleaned in years and we live in Colorado and were going out to visit so we called Zerorez because we had heard they were a great national company. All the things we heard were true. His carpet looks amazing and the process was quick even my 92 year old Dad was pleased with the service and most importantly, the results. The tech was very professional and pleasant!

This is an excellent carpet cleaning company. It’s run by responsible, environmentally conscious owners with great customer-service oriented people. We just had our upstairs wall-to-wall beige wool carpet cleaned by this company again and it was another perfect job. Robert Keith is a real carpet cleaning professional with deep knowledge about the carpet world in general, backed up by many years in the business. We highly recommend Zerorez!

The cleaning was great,however, they did not clean the bottom of the furniture. We were moving a couple of days later and when the movers we saw bug webs all over with adult bugs and babies running around. I called to report this and since our bill was $400.00we thought we might get a break on the cost. I was told you never clean the bottom! My question was how would you like it if your family or friends got bit!
So no we won’t be recommending your services again and we have used you several times over the years! Mrs Last name removed

Our tech (Brett) was wonderful. He came in with a big smile, very clean and addressed each one of us in the office. He patiently listened to our concerns and very succinctly explained the process. He was efficient and all of the equipment was clean.
Previous carpet cleaners were unkept and had dirty looking equipment and took 4 hours to clean what Brett finished in 1 1/2 hours.
I highly recommend Zerorez!

Our technician was so nice and professional. Our carpets look wonderful. We also wanted our sofa and a love seat cleaned. We had a large, red melted wax stain on our sofa. Rolondo didn't think he would be able to get the stain out, but said he would try. He did get the stain out and it looks awesome! Thank you Rolondo!
