How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The value wasn’t there. Th carpets are clean and look good but for $300 they should look brand new. I’m new to this area and the company I used prior to moving here isn’t in this area. They do a better job for $180.
You’re way overpriced. I’m happy to have clean floors again but I will not be using your services again.
Please note this is not a negative review of the technician that cleaned the carpet. I have nothing bad to say about him. This is about the company overcharging.

We were not optimistic about the carpet as it had not been cleaned in a long time. We were very pleasantly surprised. Carpet looked like it was new. Bryan did a fantastic job for us. We’ll be using your services again.
