Robert Keith cleaned our carpets on Saturday, August 11th. He was on time, very courteous and careful of all our belongings so as not to scratch anything. He did an awsome job and I would highly recommend Robert Keith. Thank you for sending him out. He was most professional and thorough.

Our technician was so nice and professional. Our carpets look wonderful. We also wanted our sofa and a love seat cleaned. We had a large, red melted wax stain on our sofa. Rolondo didn't think he would be able to get the stain out, but said he would try. He did get the stain out and it looks awesome! Thank you Rolondo!

I believe that the professionalism and knowledge of the Zerorez technicians is wonderful. Robert, our technician really made me feel confident about the services. The products are amazing. I like the fact that along with being environmentally friendly the end result is superior to anything we have used before.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Zerorez is in Las Vegas *where I'm from* and you can get 3 rooms cleaned for $99....I had an area rug cleaned that was 8' by 10' and the guy was nice enough to a knock $10 off but it was still a $150. I'm not sure I'll use you guys again unless you come down in price. Thank you.
