Always do a good job and in a timely manner

We have many area rugs and some are very old. I wanted a company that would carefully clean all my rugs as well as a couple of recliners. I had to wait s couple of weeks for an opening but it was worth it. All the rugs looked beautiful and were dry within an hour and nothing was damaged. I will only use this company in the future v

Our carpet has never looked better. I love the that the product is soap free yet completely cleaned perfectly. The carpet looks and feels as it did when it was new (12 years ago). Brian was fantastic at explaining the product and the process. I have used Zerorez a few times and have never been disappointed. Always on time or they call, takes much less time than other type carpet cleaning services and the result is always top notch.

My Karastan area rugs are always well cared for and returned when I request them to be.
The technician, Robert Downs, has always asked for our specific requests on the cleaning of our carpets in our home. He is careful with the furniture in our home, and assists us with moving the larger items as we are seniors and have difficulty moving heavy objects at times.
We would recommend Robert as a superior technician, to any of our friends that may call Zerorez for service.

Upstairs looked good, except the divot I specifically asked to be filled and told it would be (it wasn’t), but the downstairs floor was still visibly dirty, including the area I specifically pointed out to the crew and was told could be cleaned.
