The guy who did our car went way beyond our expectations. We called you guys bc we tried two auto dealers to clean our carpets and car seats and they wouldn’t do it bc they said the stains and smell (spilled milk!) were too bad and they would have to use too much chemicals and water. The results from Zerorez were spectacular. No smell and seats almost as good as new! Thanks so much!

My Mom, Maryanne, was disappointed with the price of the carpet cleaning versus the cleaning she received from Zerorez.

I like the quality of the cleaning and the professional service. The carpets and upholstery haven’t looked this good since they were new. I always use Zerorez for all my carpets and upholstered furniture.

Only complaint is that when I scheduled the appt. my email was recorded incorrectly (".com" instead of ".net"). As a result I never received an email confirmation nor instructions. They had my correct phone number but I never received a reminder call either. My appt was schedule for between 10AM and noon. Since I never received a reminder call, at 9:20 AM I called to find out if someone was still coming. I was assured I was still on the schedule and told that they recommend I vacuum the carpets before they arrived! This put a lot of pressure on me as I was still clearing things out of the rooms for the carpet cleaning. At 11:40 AM, I called again to make sure someone was coming. I was assured the technician was on his way and he arrived at 11:55 AM.
I suppose all's well that ends well but I feel I should have been told when I made the appt that I was expected to vacuum in advance. Also, the office have called around 10 AM to tell me approx. when in that 2 hour window the technician was expected to arrive.
No residue, nice smell, carpets seem really clean
The serviceman Sal was very friendly and he explained the services before he started. He called us about 30 minutes prior to his arrival and His work was excellent and very through. He explained that the pet urine smell may not come up with the carpet cleaning and he was correct. It looks like we will have to pull the carpet up and replace the padding.
Everything was cleaned to perfection. Never thought my tile could get so clean. Robert was very detail oriented and worked hard to remove the toughest stains on both tile and furniture. Good job!!
This was very expensive for us and the only thing you could do better is be a bit cheaper. However, your service was great so we'll definitely use you again. We just might wait longer than we should so we can justify the cost.

Your technicians are very thorough and removed spots I didn't think would come out.
My carpet looks very good...now time will tell how long it will take for the spots to return.
I do like the idea of no detergents or chemicals as it only makes sense these would just make the dirt attraction worse.
I cannot say enough nice things about the young man who did the service, Daniel Haire. He was extremely polite and helpful and did a beautiful job.
