Each person that has come to our home has been polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with the job they have done. We have never been disappointed in the service and quality of the service. Professional , on time
The Zerorez process is the best! It lasts longer than your standard carpet cleaning would every time.
Customer Service: Matt hands down is the best service technician I've met in a long time. He is professional, knowledgeable and just a good guy. He cares about his customers. So many companies don't have someone like Matt out in the field caring as much as he does and it makes the difference!

Carpet fibers are very stiff after cleaning to the point of not being comfortable to walk on barefoot.
Technician Sal Alvarez was great ! Sal has been our Tech the last few times and I would definitely recommend him and Zerorez.

The floor wasn’t clean in some areas this time. On the three previous cleanings all the floor was clean. You have already scheduled a reclean appointment.
