Our Carpet Cleaner Jorge Martinez was SUPER fantastic. I NEVER thought that we would get anyone as good as the one that we have been using for the last 20 years or so. But when I saw how Jorge was working I was impressed. He took his time, and used overlapping strokes, so that the carpet was really gone over multiple times. This was a technique used by our former and fabulous carpet cleaner. When I complimented Jorge, it turned out that he trained with our beloved former carpet cleaner!!
Our Zerorez experience was 20 stars! We loved Jorge and the Power Water worked wonders!! Thank you Zerorez!!
I love how clean my carpets are with your process and that they stay cleaner longer. They also feel cleaner unlike soap based cleaning processes which leave the carpets feeling stiff and as if a residue remains in the carpet.

I have been using Zerorez for years now and I really like the fact that the rug does dry over night. The men who do the work are very friendly and do a good job. \
Daniel did a great job. We will definitely request him the next time we have our rugs cleaned.
The best is my floors are really clean without the smell of cleaning products. Second best is that the floors are dry within six hours.

Scheduling and reminders are smooth and appreciated. The carpets in the clubhouse and our manger's home were left fresh and clean.
The technician assured my husband that he would use the plastic pieces under our dining room table. (we had moved the chairs to the other room) He didn't. It's a mid-century table that was his mothers. He didn't put the plastic under the end tables or sofa either.
The carpet was wetter than the last time. He said it would be dry that evening, and it wasn't dry even the next morning.

I’ve been using Zerorez for a few years, like the no-soap concept, and have been very happy with courtesy and professionalism of the service reps. This time, we had our carpets upstairs and downstairs cleaned, as well as our tile floors in our kitchen and entryway.. When the rep showed me how he’d even removed all the dirt, dog hair and grime from even our family room carpet (the inevitable dirt donut around the coffee table where we watch the most TV), and then asked me if I’d like him to apply a sealer, I agreed. Certainly didn’t want that carpet to get dirty any tome soon. Then I had him seal our porcelain tile grout. Done! Everything looks fantastic and we’re ready for the holidays.
