Everything - ease of scheduling, Technicians arrive on time and are courteous & helpful, a phone call before arrival, safeguards in my house (yellow corner guards, mats placed on my hardwood floor, etc.,) no sticky residue on the carpets and they feel so soft and are so clean afterward. Been using Zerorez for years.

The cleaning tech did an excellent job leaving my carpet looking almost new.
Honesty of technician who arrived who suggested we have wood floors refinished to get the scratches out of a few areas in the home. After checking with a refinishing vendor we discovered that our type of “distressed” wood floors were not good candidates for refinishing. We immediately called Zerorez back to have floors cleaned as this was a newly purchased home. The floors look great and only we know where the few areas with scratches are...lol :)

However, the pricing is getting so high, I may not be able to continue with ZEROREZ, although been a customer for 10 years or so. That would be sad for me, but getting to the point where it is just too expensive.
