Your process appears to work well. All sorts of spots on my light grey carpet were gone after Ben cleaned the carpets. And there did not seem to be any residual left. Zerorez works great!!! I had an older carpet and it looks awesome! Tech was early and very professional and nice!
Jorge Romo did a great job, again. He was very precise and didn't skip out on cleaning anything. I like that there aren't any chemicals that leave behind strong odors. I've been using Zerorez for years and will continue for years to come.

Carpets are left very clean, no residue, smells great! The techs that come out are friendly and make sure you are satisfied with their service and are very clean while they work.

All was good except a few areas were really wet. It took two days for most of the carpet to dry, while we're waiting for the small areas to dry. Hopefully by tonight.
Jacob Dougherty did a GREAT JOB !! He called and asked if he could come early and arrived on that new time and wore a mask and asked me what I wanted him to focus on and paid attention to what I requested. And the Berber carpet that I have which is 21 years old looks really good. I would ask for him again the next time. I am very pleased.
