We have loved working with Zerorez. Unfortunately this service was not quite as high-quality as our previous services. There were some stains left on the carpet that was cleaned that do not appear to have even been addressed as I was able to get them out with Woolite spray carpet cleaner and some scrubbing. Overall the carpet is hard/brittle to walk on which makes me worried that it was not rinsed properly. It was softer prior to the cleaning.
The tile cleaning also did not turn out as we had hoped. Part of it I am sure is the age and condition of our tile but I was disappointed with the debris and dirt left on the tile (not the grout) and the edge of the tub and the tub itself. I had to go in and wash down and dry each of the three showers tile walls, as well as to wash and wipe down the tubs and edge around the tubs.
Marcel is the best technican who has ever cleaned our carpeting.

I was very happy with the service. My technician Jacob was on time, answered all of my questions, and did an amazing job with my carpets! My carpets dried overnight and look clean and new. I will be using this method of carpet cleaning going forward....

However, the pricing is getting so high, I may not be able to continue with ZEROREZ, although been a customer for 10 years or so. That would be sad for me, but getting to the point where it is just too expensive.
