Great service all the time!!
I love that the carpets come out so clean looking and the technicians are always courteous and friendly. I've used Zerorez 3 times now and have been happy each time.
Don't use soap
We have been loyal patrons of ZeroRez even before when Eric Bollman was the sole ower. ZeroRez does and excellent job and always arrives when scheduled. I will continue to call ZeroRez in SoCal and NoCal for all of our cleaning needs. Thank you, ZEROREZ!!

Eric, the representative, was very friendly, professional, informative, knowlegeable, punctual and though. I would highly recommend him and his company. My carpets came out fresh and clean with that crispy feeling.

Great job on the carpeting. Left water drops at the entrance of the front door. I slid on the water, did not fall. But I’d think that it’s something you would clean up after yourself. Otherwise everything worked out great.

Fast, efficient and no chemical residue left in the carpet
1) No chemicals or dangerous ingredients are used; good for the environment and good for my pets.
2) Sal was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all my questions.
3) Customer service was excellent; from scheduling the appointment, to keeping me informed about the time of arrival, to the care that was taken to protect the carpet after the furniture was put back. Zerorez always does a stellar job.

I discovered Zerorez about three years ago. My carpets have never looked better. And I love that Zerorez does not leave any scent or residue. We give our carpets rough treatment because we have to very large active dogs. Our off white carpets get very dirty! Zerorez comes by and when they are done, carpets look like new. And their personnel is professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you Zerorez!
