Best carpet cleaners
Representative Lee called 20 + min beforehand to let us know he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He was super friendly and explained the Zerorez cleaning process to us. He did an amazing job on our carpet, the stair way hasn't looked that good in a very long time! He spent additional time getting rid of pet stains which we appreciated. He was very courteous to put up wall guards so that he didn't ding the walls and laid a rug on our hardwood to protect it from dirt and water. I would definitely recommend Zerorez, as a matter of fact I already have!!
I love that your technicians are on time, respectful, do a fantastic job and that everything smells wonderful when you leave. No chemical smells. The carpet looks great!

It is easy to book an appointment. The service is great and I appreciate the care that service providers take with our home. They use corner guards, protect the floors, and do a thorough job. Zerorez is my go-to for carpet care.

We agree on a price and when the person arrives there’s an added $50 to bring in the equipment that is so wrong The tech was not even interested in cleaning my carpet just to run his vacuum around it and disappear within 25 minutes of a full two rooms. Very disappointed
I have used Zerorez for many years and find the company to be well managed. They hire knowledgeable technicians, are fairly priced, show up within the time frame or call if running late and my carpets look like new.
