We were told the carpet would take 6 to 8 hours to dry. The workers left at 12:30 PM and the carpet was not even fully dry this morning

Your technician's are great, friendly, knowledgeable and work well with us. I don't like the fact that you charge $5 for credit cards even though we have always paid by check. Seems very tacky for what I consider to be a premier carpet/tile cleaning company.

I took over three days for our carpets to dry. This means that not much water/solution was vacuumed from our carpets. It was ridiculous.

Any restrictions you place on technicians on moving normal dining chairs, end tables, occasional chairs and other items should be fully discussed with customers before they complete the booking process.

I get carpet cleaning often and they always look good when they leave but when it’s dry stains come back- with zerex the stains are gone

My carpet is more than 20 years old, however, no other carpet cleaning service has made it look so good. Even dark spots on the carpet became less visible. I am very pleased with their service and the results!

My carpets are 17 years old and are polyester so other steam cleaning services in the past have had trouble removing stains in the high traffic areas. Ryan did a great job on those areas and because he used your powered water the areas came out cleaner than ever before. I’m happy that you don’t use soap and do use a lot less water so my carpets aren’t soaking wet afterwards. I plan to call Ryan again next year to maintain the clean and keep my carpets fresher longer. I don’t have the budget for new ones yet so I’m very glad I found a company that I can rely on to do the job right for a reasonable price.
