We had a huge sectional sofa and the laminate wood floors in the downstairs of our home cleaned just prior to moving in. Brett the technician was very polite and professional, and did a fantastic job on the sofa. But the floors have a filmy residue on them that wasn't there prior to cleaning. It wipes off with your shoes or socks, and actually leaves "footprints" on the floor. You would expect that with a name like ZEROREZ, there would be zero filmy residue on the floors after cleaning. Needless to say I spent a lot of money to get dirty floors. I have pictures that show what I am talking about if you are interested.
Best cleaning on carpets we’ve ever had, friendly but professional servicemen, too.
The process leaves my carpets sparkling clean but not soaking wet. Your technicians are outstanding. I routinely have Salvador and he does an excellent job.

Andrew arrived on time and did a great job on our rugs. He was careful with protecting the furniture and making sure we were happy with the cleaning. Andrew noticed areas of the rugs that needed special attention for cleaning. We are totally happy with the results. Our rugs look brighter and clean. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future. The fact that Zerorez doesn't use any harsh chemicals in their cleaning process is GREAT! This sets them apart from other carpet cleaning companies. This is why, it's the only company, I will have clean my carpet. I've recommended Zerorez for years to family and friends.

Zerorez did 1/2 of the scheduled work because the order desk got it wrong. The technician was in and out in 25 minutes. He didn’t get out the three spots in the 6-months old carpet and the grout wasn’t much cleaner, either. I called customer service to address this and customer services argued about what was ordered and to be done so I asked him to cancel the invoice and we’ll find a different cleaning service. He agreed to cancel the invoice. We’ve not heard from the owner or Manager, nor has a credit been issued to cancel the invoice.
Ben was polite and friendly. My rug dried quickly. Not like other companies that take longer to dry. The rug looks great.
Grout was cleaned well in the high traffic areas, still a little more work at cooktop area could have paid better dividends. Carpets were quite wet after treatment and I wasn’t expecting that much moisture but satisfied with the results. Service technician was very polite and thorough!
