The Zerorez man made it look brand new!
All was good except a few areas were really wet. It took two days for most of the carpet to dry, while we're waiting for the small areas to dry. Hopefully by tonight.
Jacob Dougherty did a GREAT JOB !! He called and asked if he could come early and arrived on that new time and wore a mask and asked me what I wanted him to focus on and paid attention to what I requested. And the Berber carpet that I have which is 21 years old looks really good. I would ask for him again the next time. I am very pleased.

Rudy did a great job as usual, very friendly and hard-working. Have used a number of different carpet cleaning outfits, however have found Zerorez the very best. As long as you are around and I have carpeted floors, will use no one else.
