I get carpet cleaning often and they always look good when they leave but when it’s dry stains come back- with zerex the stains are gone

My carpet is more than 20 years old, however, no other carpet cleaning service has made it look so good. Even dark spots on the carpet became less visible. I am very pleased with their service and the results!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We still have stains and some are resurfacing and it was done less than a week ago. When it dried several areas has a yellow coloring. Also I noticed that where the next room that wasn't done the color of the carpet was darker than where they cleaned which makes it look like it lightened the carpet. U can see this also near the edge of wall.

Your process appears to work well. All sorts of spots on my light grey carpet were gone after Ben cleaned the carpets. And there did not seem to be any residual left. Jorge Romo did a great job, again. He was very precise and didn't skip out on cleaning anything. I like that there aren't any chemicals that leave behind strong odors. I've been using Zerorez for years and will continue for years to come.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When we had Livingston always left us happy after his cleaning. This time only half the job was done. Bedroom still has the spray he used for spots and now I know where the spots are.
