The service person, Brett, called before coming and was on time. But more than that he was really thorough. I am picky. My carpet was cleaned behind doors, under cabinet spaces, right up to sliding door edges in short all the places one could overlook if they were doing a "quickie" job of it.
We had the same technician for years because he was so good, Brett was new to us but he was even better.
Good customer service. Good product.
Nothing is clean. The operator told me ZeroRez only spot cleans. Your advertising is BS.

Very pleasant staff to work with from appointment setting to completion. Technician called ahead to see if we wanted to move up the time due to a cancellation which worked out well for everyone. Technician, Brian, was polite and informative. Followed company protocol regarding COVID regulations. This was a pleasant experience and would definitely use Zerorez services again.

Used you before. Like the way my carpet looks after. Unfortunately, the carpet was wetter than previous times. The tech said it was poor suction and the previous tech had a “Kodak” truck. I’m on the 3rd fl and a long hose is needed. I will request the special truck next time. Otherwise good job.
