They do a good job. I've been using zerorez for the last ten years
I arranged for my elderly parents’ carpets to be cleaned and they hadn’t been cleaned for several years, so they were pretty dirty, including some urine spots from their dog. Zerorez came in and and worked very hard for about 3 hours. He was very respectful, answered my questions and agreed to clean an additional rug for a reasonable price. The carpets look great and since there wasn’t any detergent used, I am hoping that the old stains won’t reappear.

Now that the carpet is drying, all the same spots are showing back up. I'm wondering what good it does to have the carpet cleaned, if this is what is going to happen anyway. I liked the technician and it seemed like he did a good job immediately afterward, but it is the next day and I'm seeing all the same problems in the dry carpet. It's disappointing.
