I really appreciated the ease and reliability of communication: I was able to read about services on the website as well as schedule an appt on-line. I had several emails or texts reminding me of my upcoming appt. The technician, Lee, called as he was on his way. He completed the job in the time frame he said he would and I was charged the price as listed on the website. And to top it off, most importantly, my very dirty tile floor is finally clean again. Highly recommend.

I needed to schedule downstairs and the area rugs one day and the upstairs another day. This required two visits. I especially liked that the scheduler didn't try to manipulate me into one day and didn't get an attitude over the two days. Frankly, I would have preferred getting it over with, but I had to do myself and I couldn't do all in one day.

You are always prompt and professional. Our carpets look great!

They have excellent cleaning technicians with a very fair price. Also they offer coupons and discounts to their customers. They can even give your discount on the same day of service. That’s just wonderful especially when we are going going thru a pandemic time. God bless this wonderful company.

Who I like about your service is Andrew. He went out of his way to do a terrific job for us. The location is very difficult to get to, it took him three trips from the street, up the elevator and down the hallway to get to our condo. He did this without complaint. He put in extra effort on some tough stains we had on the carpet. And, he had to accommodate other workers in the space. We appreciate his professionalism, demeanor and tenacity.

It was also quite easy to make the reservation and obtain a quote.

We have been your customer for probably 4-5 years, and we were ready to get rid of our carpet. Your method, and excellent workers, has brought my carpet beautiful, and feel like it looks new again. i was disappointed that they did not steam clean my vinyl plank floors to spend 258 dollars to wash my floors was not worth the money. there was too much soap and residue left on the floor and i used my own small steamer to clean after the tech left. this is not acceptable to me. zerorez is good for upholstery and rugs but not for vinyl floors.
