Very pleasant staff to work with from appointment setting to completion. Technician called ahead to see if we wanted to move up the time due to a cancellation which worked out well for everyone. Technician, Brian, was polite and informative. Followed company protocol regarding COVID regulations. This was a pleasant experience and would definitely use Zerorez services again.
Always very informative to questions and concerns and everyone from customer service to agent coming to the house, they are always friendly.

Used you before. Like the way my carpet looks after. Unfortunately, the carpet was wetter than previous times. The tech said it was poor suction and the previous tech had a “Kodak” truck. I’m on the 3rd fl and a long hose is needed. I will request the special truck next time. Otherwise good job.

Zerorez does the best job of any carpet cleaner we’ve used. My parents, a couple friends and I have used them for many years. They are prompt, courteous, and let you know when they’re on the way to your house. The prices are a little higher than others, or I would’ve given 10 stars.

The technician Eduardo is very efficient and detailed. Both the cleaning and protection of the carpet always turns out great, smells good and last a long time. It also dries within a few hours without any sticky residue.

The email and sale and discount, the customer service from the office, the employee in my home, and the outcome. The only ding is the price:
I gladly paid because my carpets were clean, however, I paid by placing my debit card in the credit card terminal and didn't see or understand where the sale and discount were taken.
I do business with YOU because I believe your company to be ethical. I respect the values you relay so I do not believe your were slipping something by me like many carpet cleaning businesses will do.
That is why my review is an 8. One for my surprise at the total cost, and One for not seeing or understanding the 'invoice.' We are all aware of COVID, and trying to not touch direct objects that can spread the virus; perhaps a follow-up email with an actual invoice would be helpful.
