Competent service technician! Beautiful job on washing a 9’x12’ area rug - looks new. Careful to not damage anything in our home. Polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Very expensive and didn’t get stains out of throw rug. I asked him to do edges and he said that costs more to do by hand.
