Did an excellent job removing stains on carpets and furniture . This is my go to carpet cleaning company . He also wore a face mask and shoe covers while in my home , I appreciate that !

over the years i have been very pleased with the work done and the personal who did it. They have all been very professional and knowledgable. My experience with Matt and his work did not come up to my expectations and I just had my carpets redone by Sal Alvarez. I pointed out to him the areas I was disappointed in and he took extra care to right the situation. when Matt left the carpet areas didi't look as if they had been cleaned. I called the company to explain and I got no response. I will continue to use Zeorez and will requst Sal for the great work he did. th carpet look like new.

On previous occasions, your technicians would wear shoe covers over their footwear when they come in to clean the carpets. This was the first time that one did not. I was told that the company was either unable to obtain any because of either high demand, short supply or anything pandemic-related. I have a hard time believing this because we have had other servicemen come in with shoe covers on and yes, while there may be challenge getting them in these times, they are still available. It's all a matter of taking the time to look. What is the point of having carpets cleaned when the guy is going to walk all over them again with shoes that are not covered? That defeats the purpose. If this continues, I may be looking for a different carpet cleaning service in the future.

Professional and carpets stay clean longer.

I needed My carpet cleaned in my mobile home as I am listing it to sell. The carpet did not look better in the traffic areas after cleaning. I did not say anything at the time as I was hoping that the carpet would improve after drying and I had the listing agent coming over that same day. I took pictures of the carpet. I asked the tech if he could clean the outside carpet on the landings in the front and back. He had to charge extra for it yet he did not do a good job. I asked him if I could pay by credit card and he noted that I would have to pay an extra $5 fee. I paid by check. For $298 I wished I went elsewhere.
