We have had. your service several times, 3 or 4 in Orange County and now twice here in La Quinta. In the past, I have felt that the service was worth the premium cost (compared to other carpet services). Our experience this week was not as it has been in the past. The main feeling of this service was how fast can I get in and out.
The technician did not vacuum before he serviced, did little or no extra extraction to reduce the wetness of the carpet and in general, it just was not the same service we have been used to. He was not abrupt or unpleasant, just not particularly engaged. We have always talked very positively about your company. Just a little hesitant to recommend it right now.
Carpet cleaning is a big deal, moving furniture, we vacuum extensively, and then allowing the time to dry. It is hard work for us as well as the tech. .

Ryan cleaned my carpets yesterday. He did a great job. They look perfect, almost like new. It buys me another year before having to replace the carpets. I'm impressed as usual. I referred my neighbors too. Zerorez is so much better than the rest of the companies because they aren't putting a whole bunch of soap into the carpet that is just going to attract the dirt later.
I always get great clean carpet results when I use Zero Rez. Robert Keith is an excellent technician and I will always use him when I need my carpets cleaned. Thank you so much for such great service!
