I am happy technician came back next day to fix line on slate but it would be a 10 if there was only 1 time.
We received outstanding service for our carpeting cleaning appointment. Our service tech, Steve advised us of the additional services that they provided, we made another appointment for our tile floors and rugs to be cleaned as well.
Employee did not treat spots before cleaning and was in a big hurry to finish. Still have several spots. I have a big coke spot. Is this not removable?

Zerorez always gets my carpets cleaned without all of the soap and residue. I have used them several times and they are always been on time courteous and charge me what they quoted.
Service was excellent. He did an exceptional job getting marks, lines and dirt out of our rugs, Very pleased with the quality of work,

The carpet came out great, even better than my first Zerorez experience a year ago. The real star of the service was my technician. He was pretty much perfect in every way.
Note: The 9 over a 10 was simply due to it being a bit pricey. I would of added tile cleaning if the carpet had been a little more reasonable compared to competitors.

The gentleman that came to lean out carpets snd our white leather couch was extremely professional, well mannered and did an amazing job. This is the second time we have used them . Our carpets look great snd our white leather couch looks like new!
The carpets came out very nice.
As I read on Yelp, the amount I was quoted on the phone was not the amount that the technician asked me for, the was an additional fee for water service or something.
I told the lady on the phone I am paying cash so I need t know the exact amount and that is what I had planned and not more.
I was refusing to pay the extra $20 or so...The technician called someone at his office and then he asked for one more dollar to make it right, which I gave him.
I recieved no receipt, no businees card, nothing but this email asking me for my review, so here you are.
I would like to say I would consider having you out again since the carpets came out so nice, but I am very hesitant to do so.
Your service really works in that everything is clean, and the spots on the rugs don't come back. It also dries very quickly.
Your technicians are top-notch, professional, and on time.

The technician arrived on time, was very thorough in cleaning our carpet, and asked us to inspect the areas he had cleaned. He got out a stain from a spilled cup of coffee -- I wasn't sure that would be possible. Our carpet looks great! In addition, he was very friendly and helpful.

I was told when I bought my carpeting not to use soap when cleaning my carpet. To spot clean with water/vinegar. I like that Zerorez doesn’t use a soap product that will leave a residue behind that would attract dirt in the future. They were on time thorough and informative. My carpets looks GREAT!
Austin was fantastic. He was pleasant,very helpful and efficient. He did a great job and we were very happy with his service.
I really like how clean my carpets get without the soap residue. Ive even had my kitchen floor cleaned and it looks fabulous.
