fast, reliable and thorough
Carpet is a little crispy is 25 yr stain master 4 yrs old in bedrooms Maybe too much water or too hot? Also was told pay for area rugs when they were cleaned and returned But tech told me zi had to prepay Doesn’t seem right you have Total payment and I have to wait unknown time and if they come out ok First time cleaning both

No harmful chemicals used. I appreciated that your service includes deep cleaning at your facility (my area rug was picked up and taken to your plant for thorough cleaning and will be returned to me after cleaning completed.

Excellent job by Robert but using the older spray and rake head leaves the carpet with deep lines which necessitates vacuuming when dry. Like other implements better!!

I had two room steam cleaned stone. My own cleaning crew does a better job and fraction of price. There was still dirt behind the door and lint in another spot, around the toilet isn’t clean and even a dental floss stick on the floor which means he never hit that area?
Same in bedroom, things still left on floor which means just went around?
The gentleman was very friendly and professional but I was very disappointed in end result especially for $450😣

Best carpet cleaners
Representative Lee called 20 + min beforehand to let us know he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He was super friendly and explained the Zerorez cleaning process to us. He did an amazing job on our carpet, the stair way hasn't looked that good in a very long time! He spent additional time getting rid of pet stains which we appreciated. He was very courteous to put up wall guards so that he didn't ding the walls and laid a rug on our hardwood to protect it from dirt and water. I would definitely recommend Zerorez, as a matter of fact I already have!!
My initial quote was a fraction of what the technician wanted to charge us. So much so I couldn't even move forward with having my sofa cleaned. I even called the main number while this was happening and there wasn't anything they were willing to do due to their oversight.
The prices were astronomical, the process is horrible and I would never use this service again.
