Great service and the happiness guarantee is for real. After a small issue with the first cleaning, Zerorez sent out another tech to go over some of the areas that were originally missed. The results were outstanding and it is impossible to tell if our carpet is brand new or a few years old. I also seriously think my carpet stays cleaner for longer after Zerorez has been here. When I used Stanley Steemer for my cleaning it looked great at first, but it seems that within just a couple of months the carpet looked like it was in need of another.
We do not wear shoes in the house - so the I loved the fact that the tech put booties on to enter our home then took them off if he had to run to the truck for something. Often times service folks just say I'm not taking off my shoes so I give them booties then see them walking out side in the booties. This is the third time we have had this tech and we will request him again

Steve was very pleasant and professional in his work and made sure I was satisfied with the job. The fact that your company doesn't use chemicals in your cleaning process was very important to us especially that there are no unpleasant odors!

Great service and clean feeling carpets with no residue. We appreciate the promptness of the service provider and the use of corner protectors. The reservation process was also very easy.

We have used this company for several years with their unique method and have found them to be timely, professional and they do an excellent job.
Carpets are very clean, and they have no residue. Service was excellent. Technition was on time and he was thorough.
My initial quote was a fraction of what the technician wanted to charge us. So much so I couldn't even move forward with having my sofa cleaned. I even called the main number while this was happening and there wasn't anything they were willing to do due to their oversight.
The prices were astronomical, the process is horrible and I would never use this service again.

Carpet is a little crispy is 25 yr stain master 4 yrs old in bedrooms Maybe too much water or too hot? Also was told pay for area rugs when they were cleaned and returned But tech told me zi had to prepay Doesn’t seem right you have Total payment and I have to wait unknown time and if they come out ok First time cleaning both
