No chemical smell . Its not saturated with water . It seems to stay clean longer. Marcel was very professional. Took great care on my wood floor covering them . Did a wonderful job . I am very satisfied with the results.
We have used Zerorez for many years. The carpet always comes out so clean and no chemical residue. The technicians are excellent. Our last one, Austin, was great - efficient, skilled and very nice. We wouldn’t clean our carpets any other way
Sal had a wonderful work ethic and I would hire him for other services in the future.

I'm sorry I'm terrible with Names so I forget who did my cleaning but he called ahead of time & arrived when he said he would. He did a very professional job & my carpets & tile floors look beautiful.
It’s pretty pricey in comparison to other companies locally, but I really like the timeliness an the service tech. Jorge.

I like your service because you do not use any strong chemicals and the house smells clean. No strong detergent smell. I'm very pleased with my carpet cleaning. One of the best I have ever had!

Zerorez carpet cleaning is the best. The carpets are cleaned better than any other service I've used and they stay cleaner longer! Your technicians are efficient and very thorough. Today Ryan came and cleaned my carpet. He arrived on time and worked to clean to my satisfaction insuring that there was no damage to walls or baseboard. I will use Zerorez again.
The carpet turned out great and feels very clean. Leigh was amazing and did an excellent job and was very mindful of not scratching anything with his equipment.
Will for sure recommend you to my friends.

Dear ZEROREZ,
I wanted to say that the technician you sent was incredible!
I have “ZERO” (pun intended) issue with him….
HOWEVER, the reasons I loved ZEROREZ in the past was that;
1. The carpets get really clean and stay that way!
2. The carpets were dry within an hour or so. (Not this time however)
It seems as though ZEROREZ has skimped out on their equipment as of late and abandoned what was once a signature feature (high powered suction truck mounted equipment allowing for fast drying and padding not staying wet.
The service we received was no different than Stanley Steamer!
This is NOT the ZEROREZ I once knew and loved!
I am extremely disappointed in the way this turned out as the fact the carpets took so long to dry tells me there was water left in the padding that could have contributed to mold, mildew and other long term damage to the carpet.
I will likely not be using ZEROREZ again as this is the PRIMARY reason I used you in the past and on this occasion.
Not sure what has happened, but the fact that the signature of your early advertising has been vacated is disheartening.
