I liked the technician that came this time- he tried hard and the results show his effort-his name is Ryan Denton. I liked the reminder call and the technician giving me notice of when he expected to be here. The covid safety precautions were appreciated.

There is no residue..safe non toxic.
Clean, there is no hook up to our water. No waist water to dump on our premises, Clean efficient and polite worker. He came with a mask on and wore it the whole time he was working. Did a great job cleaning our three rooms and taking out heavy stains. I would highly reccommend this company.

Showed up on time after he called to say he was on the way. Got right to work, setting up his equipment. The carpet looked great when he was finished even though it is 20 years old. Zerorez continues to do an outstanding job just as they did during their first visit in 2005!
Kyle was very courteous and fast. He called before he arrived and he went to work right away. Zerorez should be happy that they have such a good employee.
