Good service and very clean carpets.
Zerorez does a great job! We have used them for several years now. They put bumpers on edges so they do not scrape your corners. The last guy we had was great. He told us that cold is better to have it dry faster. It worked. We will use them next year too.

Very bad odor from carpet like musty wet dog hair smell. I still have it today after carpet is dry. I will have to take plain water and my Bissell carpet cleaner to see if I can get rid of it because the smell makes me nauseous. I also didn't realize you would be applying a strong citrus spray all over my carpet. I don't have pets and clean my carpet with plain water regularly, so I didn't want this.

Very expensive and didn’t get stains out of throw rug. I asked him to do edges and he said that costs more to do by hand.
I loved that there was no soapy smell upon the drying of the product. Other companies product is so strong that my lungs have an allergic reaction, so I thought this was wonderful and your product got out the worst of my stains.
