jacob got the carpets cleaner than i could have imagined
he was a gentleman and very professional...
also liked that there weren't any chemical smells.

it just took a long time for carpet to dry - probably because lack of air circulation

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet was clean, as expected, however, the carpet was left very wet. It took two days to dry, even with my efforts and warm weather.

We found Austin extremely polite and very professional. He was excellent at explaining all the details of what he would be able to accomplish and how we were to have fans going and all the particulars on how long to keep the drying process, etc. My carpet was extremely stained and when Austin was finished it looked brand new. I am most grateful for the great experience I had with Austin's excellent work. I have already been referring your company to a few of my friends and will continue to do so. I really enjoyed having your company clean our carpet and will
be calling on ZeroRez from now on.
I also found your reminder phone calls and the fact that Austin called me when he was 30 minutes away.

I am very happy about my tile floors. They never looked so clean. Also, I am very pleased how nice the carpet turned out. I would have them anytime. The carpet weren't soaking wet afterward and they dried fast.
